Besides Gingivitis What Else Can Cause Bleeding Gums How To Prevent Cavities, Gingivitis And Periodontal Disease Besides Brushing?

How to prevent cavities, gingivitis and periodontal disease besides brushing? - besides gingivitis what else can cause bleeding gums

Are there other ways to prevent caries, gingivitis and periodontitis * * In addition, avoid brushing at least twice daily, floss regularly, cleaning a dental examination with mouthwash (my dentist recommended I use ACT) to prevent the scraping of the tongue, sugary foods ? Is sugarless chewing gum help? What about hydrogen?

Try to limit, snacks between meals, including all waters contain calories. Every time you eat eat bacteria in the oral cavity, not the product is acidic. After stopping to eat (assuming there are no pieces of food stuck to the teeth) of the mouth is the acid for 15 minutes, with the minerals from the tooth. The saliva has replaced a little over 1.5 hours to these minerals. I would try to keep the consumption of every 2 hours or schedule of water and simple snacks between meals.
